Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Time

We currently ship to the USA and select international countries. Estimated delivery time:

• USA: 5–12 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

Note: Shipping times may vary slightly due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We sometimes offer free shipping promos — be sure to sign up for our email list!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package seems delayed or missing, contact us at blushbloomteam@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down. We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, so double-check your info at checkout.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
